Over the summer Wiltshire Wildlife Trust organises visits to various places of interest around the County.

Scratchbury Hill - photo taken before a thunder storm -some years ago in the days when it rained.
This Saturday there will be a guided walk over Scratchbury Hill - "renowned for its masses of fragrant and spotted orchids, also good for butterfly species, including Adonis, Small Blue & Grizzled Skipper."
WWT give the following instructions:
- Meet at 2 pm at grid ref. 910447 (Leave B3414 east of Warminster and follow unclassified road northwards - signed to North Farm).
- No dogs -
- No charge - free
- Wear sensible walking clothes
- Bring your own refreshments for a picnic stop.
