Screening of The Snowman sequel at Longleat

This year sees the sequel to the much loved story of The Snowman which will be screened at Longleat Safari and Adventure Park.
The Snowman and the Snow Dog will be shown on a large outdoor screen at Longleat as part of their Christmas Extravaganza.
Longleat's Steve Mytton said: "We're delighted to be able to show the new film on a big screen so soon after its television premier on channel 4 at 8pm on Christmas Eve."
The screening of the film will run from Wednesday, 26, December 2012 until Monday, 7, January 2013.
To celebrate the film coming to Longleat, a snowman will be ice skating on the temporary ice rink entertaining other skaters.
"It will provide a fantastic added attraction to our Christmas and New Year celebration and will, I'm sure, appeal to visitors of all ages," Steve Mytton added.
The Snowman was first adapted into a film in 1982 with the original story written by author Raymond Briggs.
