Wiltshire waste collection changes during Christmas

Wiltshire's dustbins will be emptied on different days than scheduled due to the Christmas holidays.

There will be no waste collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day with a collection being made on a later date. 

Garden waste collections will be suspended from Monday, 24, December 2012 until Monday, 7, January 2013.

There will also be an opportunity to have your Christmas Tree collected along with other garden waste (they can be placed beside the bin) from Tuesday, 8, January 2013 up until the end of the month. 

Recycling centres across Wiltshire will be open on days when collections are not available however will be closed from 1pm on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. To find your nearest recycling centre in the county visit: www.recycleforwiltshire.co.uk.

Bin collections are usually every fortnight.
