    Roadside restaurant chain Little Chef has announced it is to close 67 of its 161 sites in a move expected to lead to the loss of between 500 and 600 jobs. The chain has 17 restaurants in the South West but it has not yet been confirmed which sites are to close. Sites include Ilminster, Podimore and Farrington Gurney in Somerset, Amesbury, Chippenham and Warminster in Wiltshire, and Stonehouse and Burford in Gloucestershire.
