  Two entrepreneurs have been announced as the winners to pitch their business ideas at Warminster Market.  The competition was run by Wiltshire Council and the National Traders Federation who has introduced a new scheme called First Pitch.  Peter Smith of The Sweet Market and Keta Hunt of Boozy Bakes will now sell their goods for five days at Warminster Market this month.  Keta Hunt will be selling her alcohol cocktail...

• Warminster Town Council Elect new mayor

  Warminster Town Council has announced it has elected a new Town Mayor.  On Monday, 13, May 2013 an annual meeting took place which saw Councillor Paul Batchelor elected as the new Town Mayor of Warminster.  Also at the meeting it was decided Councillor Andrew Davis would be Deputy Mayor and his consort will be Mrs Toni Davis.
