A Warminster councillor was given a special welcome by the Town Council on Monday. Opening the meeting of the full Council the Mayor Cllr Tony Nicklin spoke on behalf of all members when he welcomed Cllr Veronica Burden back to her first meeting since her illness in May 2009.
