Too small....bit chaotic

Can't fault the marketing or the stock, Boots has just about everything you'd want. The problem is the Warminster shop is too small now for the number of people using it. At peak times the pharmacy area can be chaotic, and is too close to the tills. I have waited in queues for 15-20 mins to pick up or put in a prescription - surrounded by ill people! That said, the staff are always very cheery and helpful, and I have never come out not having found what I wanted. (Why is the till by the door not used anymore?!)
