Not as easy to navigate say as Homebase or B&Q and normally you have to ask someone where to find something...but has a huge range of stock and is designed with the proper builder in mind. Good quality products but not a lot for the budget-range - i.e. I wanted a pallet knife for a bit of plaster repair and the cheapest one was about £7, whereas I could buy 3 in Poundstretcher for a fiver....
