Very knowledgeable
Have had reason to visit Oakham Wines on three occasions over the past couple of weeks and each time they have recommended a wine that has been an absolutely perfect accompaniment to the dinners I have prepared. They have a fantastic stock and even a small selection of those little miniatures that you can’t seem to find anywhere apart from on a plane. Ideal for cooking – when you want a few fluid ounces and don’t want to invest in a huge bottle of some strange liqueur.

Keep hearing good things about these guys
Everyone I speak to keeps telling me that the chaps at Oakham Wines really know their stuff . . . one of my friends popped in for 'something' to compliment spicy pork. Came out with a bottle of plonk that was recommended and everyone at the dinner table (including me) thought it was the best bottle of wine they'd ever had. I guess it would be helpful if I could remember what it was called (duh). Oakham Wine . . . do you remember?

Fantastic Wine!!!
Purchased two bottles of Pomerol, a lovely French red earlier today and a bottle of Rioja Reserva. I wasn't sure what to get and Harry (the owner) showed me how to pick the perfect wine for me. I was so impressed with this shop and I would recommend them to anyone. Well worth a visit - plus I got 10% with the voucher from their profile on this site - perfect!
